Wax pattern injection and manufacture using dies (patterns/tools). All Wax patterns have undergone a strict dimensional inspection. The finishing of castings can also be provided in a variety of ways, including electropolishing, blackening, shot blasting and glass bead blasting. The casting materials are very flexible and have no restrictions on product shape or intricate structures. Closer tolerance control, less or no machining allowance, and superior surface polish are all made possible by investment casting. The procedure, which is also known as lost wax casting, permits the enhancement of dimensional accuracy and surface polish to satisfy the criteria of a higher-level product. Investment casting finished products are examined visually and dimensionally in accordance with customer-supplied drawings, purchase orders, and technical data sheets. Additionally, the most recent CAD/CAM facilities are used to build the Dies (Patterns/Tools).
